With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, my focus has evolved to empower community banks and credit unions in developing comprehensive in-house training programs that foster structure across all branches and lines of business. Additionally, I assist these institutions in refining their Training Management processes, aligning them with their strategic objectives and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

As a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM™️) and a seasoned bank trainer, I have been involved in creating curricula, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating closely with diverse banking personnel to identify and address their training needs. My goal is to equip community banks, credit unions, and their training ambassadors with the tools and resources necessary to become self-reliant and save money as they grow.
